FAQ: Ordering Process, Returns, Shipping

How are the items shipped and how long will it take?
Willpowder uses UPS to ship most orders. All orders are shipped via Ground service from Florida and are processed the next business day. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes – Overnight shipping is offered as an option during the checkout process. Please note, most orders are processed the following business day. If you need an order delivered by the next day please contact us at 1-800-249-0400 so we may expedite your order.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes – We ship to Canada. Simply change your country to Canada during the checkout process. All Canada orders are shipped via US Post Office. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes – We ship to many locations around the world. There are a list of countries provided during the PayPal checkout process. Please verify the address provided at checkout to ensure there are no delays. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

What is your return policy?
Willpowder will accept unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the purchase amount for your products only. At this time we cannot refund shipping costs. Please ship the items and a copy of your invoice or packing slip to:

Do you have retailer in NYC?
We do not currently have a retailer in NYC. Please contact us for wholesale opportunities.

Do you offer wholesale prices to resellers?
Yes – Willpowder is always looking for new retailers. To open a wholesale account please contact us for an application at info@ciaoimports.com.

Can I open a credit account?
Yes – Willpowder can extend credit to business accounts through our distributor, Ciao Imports. Please email info@ciaoimports.com to request a credit application.

Can I place an order by phone?
We’re sorry – We cannot accept telephone orders at this time.
